The HeroCODE is a safety leadership ethos and is the cornerstone of the ACT(S) and building High Reliability cultures.
Access: You can access the HeroCODE Fundamentals via the HeroCODE Academy.

EQ-i Group profiling will provide context when completing the Universal Leadership Toolkit (ULT) and will be a valuable tool when tailoring a strategy to implement within the workforce at Goodman.
Access: You will receive an email invitation to complete your EQ-i survey, after your Individual Leader Interview

The Universal Leadership Toolkit is an integral part of Accelerators 1 – Diagnose & Prime.
Created by Fusion’s Director of Leadership, Dr Ross Rynehart, the ULT explores 4 areas:
- Self Awareness
- Self Management
- Social Awareness
- Power & Politics
The ULT is a blended learning program, where over 4 weeks, you will complete online self study, followed by a virtual sensemaking session.
Access: You can access the ULT via your MyHeroCODE account whihc you created for the HeroCODE Fundamentals
Time Commitment: Approx 45min self study and 30-45min virtual sensemaking session, for 4 weeks

During this day, we will consolidate what has been learnt so far and create a strategic plan to implement a High Reliability culture within your organisation.
