The HeroCODE is a safety leadership ethos and is the cornerstone of the building High Reliability cultures.
The Fundamentals is an interactive information session for decision makers, to understand what the undying ethos is of the program.
The HeroCODE Fundamentals will move you from being unaware to aware of the HeroCODE ethos and high reliability.
Access: You can access the HeroCODE Fundamentals via the HeroCODE Academy.
Time Commitment: Approx. 30 minutes

The HeroCODE Masterclass will build the knowledge, skills and attitudes that is required for High Reliability.
Through experiential learning, the Masterclass focuses on work being a social dynamic and dives deep into in practical ways to align values and build rapport. These skills are critical for a safety leader in order to create a culture of both physical and psychological safety.
Participants are given ample opportunity to practice, moving them from being aware of the principals to attempting to practice.
Pax: 20 people – Team leaders, supervisors, and/or managers
Time Commitment: 2 days
Date: 14 & 15 October
The HeroCODE Playbook is designed to continue to build on the knowledge, skills and attitudes gained from the HeroCODE Masterclass.
Using a combination of self-paced eLearning and weekly group check-ins with your HeroCODE mentor, the 4-week program dives deep into areas including:
- Aligning the values of individuals with the organisation, particularly safety values
- Building rapport and using different types of power
- Creating an environment where weak signals are not only sensed by amplified by through practical tactics
The HeroCODE Playbook is international recognised by the Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH).
Pax: 20 people – Team leaders, supervisors, and/or managers.
Time Commitment: 4 weeks
~ 45min of self-study per week
~ 45min group check-in
To continue to transfer knowledge to workplace behavior, all participants will receive an Action Learning Journal which will prompt them to use what they have learnt and reflect on their successes and challenges. Continual practice will ensure that participants will become competent in having the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of the HeroCODE.
Time Commitment: ~15min for 21 days
