Purpose: Provide an overview and understanding of the safety leadership ethos, HeroCODE.
Target Audience: Workforce.
Medium: Self-paced eLearning module.
Time commitment: 30 minutes.
Purpose: Team members will have a set of safety leadership tools (6 Operational Tactics) which become a common language when working within the high risk and complex working environment.
Target Audience: Workforce.
Medium: Self-paced eLearning module.
Time commitment: Approx. 1 hour.
Access: HeroCODE Tactics.
Purpose: Participants will learn about weak signals and their importance, as well as practice using the 6 Operational Tactics to amplify weak signals.
Target Audience: Workforce.
Medium: Face to face experiential learning workshop.
Time commitment: 3 hours.
Purpose: The HeroCODE Playbook provides the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to become a HeroCODE Leader. Participants will learn the importance of a collective leadership mindset through values alignment and the different types of power. Apon completion, HeroCODE leaders will have the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to harness leadership at all levels.
Target Audience: Team Leaders, Supervisors, Managers.
Medium: Self-paced eLearning modules.
Time commitment: Approx. 45 minutes per week, over 4 weeks.
Access: HeroCODE Playbook.
Purpose: The HeroCODE Leader Program takes the learning from the HeroCODE Playbook to the next level, by incorporating weekly group sensemaking sessions into the learning journey. The weekly sessions create a safe environment where knowledge and assumptions can be challenged and foster a greater understanding.
Target Audience: Team Leaders, Supervisors, Managers.
Medium: Blended learning – self-paced eLearning and virtual sensemaking sessions.
Time commitment: Approx. 45 minutes of self-paced eLearning, and 45 minutes of virtual sensemaking, per week over 4 weeks.
Access: The eLearning portion can be found via the HeroCODE Playbook. Sensemaking sessions links will be provided separately.
Purpose: Coaches will learn what to look for from teams operating in the work environment, and develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes to assist in teams applying these learnt skills to workplace practice.
Target Audience: Selected coaches.
Medium: Face to face experiential learning masterclass.
Time commitment: 1 day.
